Messaging Features
Local Chat India's offline SMS works in three ways:
Method 1: Queue & Deliver
Messages queue when recipient is offline, deliver automatically when they come online. Works for chat messages.
Method 2: Traditional SMS
Send as regular SMS that doesn't need internet at either end. Uses your mobile network.
Method 3: Retry System
Failed messages retry for 72 hours. Perfect for rural areas with intermittent connectivity.
Step-by-step guide for anonymous WhatsApp messaging:
- Find User: Search or browse profiles on Local Chat India
- Select Option: Click "Send WhatsApp Message" on their profile
- Compose: Type your message in our secure interface
- Send: Message delivers through our privacy gateway
- Result: Recipient receives message showing "Unknown Sender"
What Recipient Sees
- Message: "You received a message from Unknown"
- Number: Temporary virtual number (changes each time)
- Profile: No name, no photo, no "last seen"
- Reply: Goes to disconnected number
